DAY 1. ZAGREB, Croatia
Upon arrival welcome dinner in local restaurant with local wine.

DAY 2. ZAGREB - SAMOBOR, Croatia
After breakfast, city tour of Zagreb with local guide.
Short drive to Samobor for an orientation tour, drive through vineyards to a family-run local farm for a typical home made lunch of region Zagorje and wine tasting.
Menu suggestion: Ham, sausage, "čvarci", home made cheese / Ragu soup / Turkey steak and roast pork with baked potatoes, rice and salad / «Gibanica»cake / Coffee Wines: Chardonnay, Rajnski Rizling, Pinot sivi, Rizvanac, Portugizac

DAY 3. ZAGREB - VELIKI TABOR - PLITVICE, Croatia
After breakfast, drive to Veliki Tabor, a fortified castle - historical monument of utmost category according to UNESCO classification.
Lunch and wine tasting at the local agro-tourism house.
Menu suggestion: Salami, bacon, sausage,»hladetina», cheese, corn bread / Soup with home made noodles / Duck with "mlinci" pastry and boiled vegetables / Roast veal , baked potatoes and salad / Cheese and apple strudel

Drive to Plitvice area for a dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4. PLITVICE - OPATIJA, Croatia
After breakfast, Tour of Plitvice Lakes National Park.
Typical lunch of Region Lika with wine in local restaurant.

Drive to Opatija area for dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 5. ROVINJ - MOTOVUN - OPATIJA, Croatia
After breakfast, drive to Rovinj for a city tour.
Drive to inland Istria, town Motovun, for a truffle products and wine tasting:
Istrian »Fuži» (pasta) with truffles / Home made bread / "Fritule" (home made desert) / Glass of white and glass of red wine
Drive to family-run agro-tourism for a wine tasting (Teran, Malvasija, Muscat) with Istrian products: cheese, proscuitto and home made bread
Dinner in Opatija Region in local restaurant in village Volosko owned by Mrs Kramarić, awarded as the best Sommelier in Croatia. "Slow food" meal accompanied with different wines suggested by Mrs Kramarić.
Menu suggestion: Tuna prosciutto served with white truffles cream Fish "brancin" marinated in juice of agrumes with red pepper / Home made pasta with prawns , crimps peaches and white truffles / Fish fillet served with vegetables, mushrooms, bacon and salad / Presidential cake with Porto Chocolate mousse

DAY 6. KRK ISLAND - VODICE, Croatia
After breakfast, drive to Krk Island.
Orientation tour of Krk town.
Drive to Vrbnik for a tasting of Žlahtina wine, typical lunch of "Kvarner" region in a local restaurant with local wine
Menu suggestion: Risotto with cuttle fish and prawns / Grilled local fish and calamari with Suiss chard "blitva" and potatoes / Dessert
Drive along the coast to Vodice area for a dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7. ŠIBENIK - TROGIR - SPLIT, Croatia
After breakfast, drive to Šibenik for a City tour.
Drive to Primošten for orientation tour followed by stop in Primošten Burnji at local agro-tourism for a lunch and tasting of local Babić wine.
Menu suggestion: Aperitif / Chick-pea and lentil soup with olive oil / Octopus and potatoes under the iron bell with salad and bread / "Fritule" dessert
Drive to Trogir for a tour.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Split area.
DAY 8. SPLIT, Croatia
After breakfast , city tour of Split.
The rest of the day at leisure.
Dinner in a local restaurant - slow food meal with wine from the Island of Hvar.

DAY 9. NERETVA RIVER DELTA - DUBROVNIK, Croatia
After breakfast, drive along the coastline to Neretva River Region.
Lunch in local restaurant with sweet -water fish specialities and local wine.
Menu suggestion: Frog legs in prosciutto / "Brodeto" with eels and frog legs / Dessert
Drive to Dubrovnik, the rest of the afternoon at leisure.
Dinner at local restaurant in old town of Dubrovnik with local wine.

Overnight at the hotel in Dubrovnik area.
DAY 10. DUBROVNIK, Croatia
After breakfast, City Tour of Dubrovnik.
Drive to Konavle valley to a local restaurant for lunch with local wine.

DAY 11. PELJEŠAC PENINSULA, Croatia
Drive to Pelješac peninsula for a wine tour.
Winery in Potomje village - wines: Plavac, Dingač, Prošek and local brandy
Winery in Ponikve village - wines: Plavac, Pošip and Rukatac
Winery in Trstenik village - wines: Pošip and Plavac
Drive to Ston for a lunch in local restaurant known for seafood and oysters with local wine.

Return to Dubrovnik area for a dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 12. DUBROVNIK, Croatia - Departure
Transfer to Dubrovnik Airport for return flight.
